How to Create an I Am Attending Poster

To create an I am attending poster, open an event template, upload your photo, adjust the crop and download the result. Organisers first prepare the artwork and share its template link. Attendees can personalise a published Clip Mask template without creating an account.

1. Choose the right event template

Follow the link supplied by your organiser or browse the template directory. Check the event name, dates and your role before uploading a photo. An attendee design should say you are attending; a speaker announcement should be reserved for confirmed speakers. If the details are wrong, ask for an updated template instead of sharing an inaccurate image.

2. Upload a clear portrait

Choose a photo you have permission to use. A portrait with space around your face gives you more flexibility than a very tight crop. Open the photo upload control and select your image. Keep private information out of the photograph if the finished poster will be posted publicly.

3. Adjust the photo and check the full poster

Position your portrait inside the area prepared by the creator. Check that your face is visible and the surrounding event wording remains easy to read. Review the whole preview, including any other editable areas the template provides. If the image cannot fit naturally, try another photograph.

4. Download and write your announcement

Download the result and attach it to a post or message. Add a caption explaining why you plan to attend and include the official event page. Check the destination app’s crop before publishing. Personalising a poster does not reserve a ticket or confirm registration; complete those steps separately through the organiser.

How do organisers create the shared link?

Sign in as a creator, upload the finished artwork and define the photo areas. Add a meaningful title, choose the appropriate category and preview the design with a real portrait. Publish the template and test its link before sending it to the wider audience. See Plans for current creator allowances.
